DANIS, Serge Oscar - On Saturday, May 28, 2011, in Sudbury, Serge Danis, at the age of 63 years passed away with his devoted family by his side. After working 30 years at OC Transpo in Ottawa, Serge retired eight years ago and lived his lifelong dream of owning a small farm in St. Charles. Serge will be lovingly remembered by his wife Francine and his children Sharon (Chad) and Steven and his granddaughters, Victoria and Alexandria. Serge will also be fondly remembered by his step-children, his brothers and sisters and their families. Respecting Serge's wishes a private funeral service will be held at a later date. Remembrance donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Maison Vale Inco Hospice would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
