DAVIS, James “Jim“ - In loving memory of James “Jim“ Davis, 56 years, suddenly of a heart attack on Sunday, June 24th, 2012 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband and one & only love of Colleen Davis (Wendler). Loving father of Jeffery (Lindsey) and Jenny. Dear brother of Martin (Lise). Cherished son of Hazel Davis and of late Fred Davis. Dear son in law of Jim and Marion Wendler, brother in law of Rod (Elizabeth), Dan (Lori) and Martin (Lori). Loving uncle of Kimberley, Emilie, Stephanie, Sarah and James. Sadly missed by many friends and co-workers. Jim was a hardworker, faithful friend and a good listener. He was Colleen's rock and extremely proud of his children. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed country music but most of all working on his motorcycle and snowmobile. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. (at Hazel St.), Sudbury Tuesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm and after 10:30 am Wednesday. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11:30 am. Cremation with interment in the Waters Cemetery. Memorial donations to the HSN Pediatrics Unit or to the Maison Vale Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
