DELAROSBIL, Roger - It is with great sorrow that the family announces his death in Sudbury on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the age of 82 years. Son of late Edmond Delarosbil and late Artemise (née Duguay) Delarosbil. Loving husband of Marguerite (née Turgeon) Delarosbil and late Jeannine (née Joseph) Delarosbil. Loving father of Lina Hartwig (Arthur) of Killaloe, Alcide Delarosbil (Edith) of Smiths Falls and Roger Delarosbil Jr. (Francine) of Ottawa. Dear brother of Omer (Rita), Leonard (Germaine) and Jocelyne (Gerald) Joseph. Predeceased by his brothers Francis (Blanche), Valmont (Paulette) and sisters Laurette Delarosbil and Renelle Brière (Conrad). Cherished grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Roger was a member of the Knights of Columbus and worked at the St-Jean-de- Brébeuf Church. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Friday, May 25, 2012 from 2- 4 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the Cooperative Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated. Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Lina Hartwig (Arthur) de Killaloe, Alcide Delarosbil (Edith) de Smiths Falls et Roger Delarosbil Jr. (Francine) d'Ottawa. Cher frère d'Omer (Rita), Leonard (Germaine) et Jocelyne Joseph (Gerald). Prédécédé par ses frères Francis (Blanche), Valmont (Paulette) et ses soeurs Laurette Delarosbil et Renelle Brière (Conrad). Lui survivent 6 petits-enfants et 4 arrière-petits- enfants. Sera aussi regretté par plusieurs nièces, neveux, parents et amis. Roger était un membre des Chevaliers de Colomb et travaillait à l'église St-Jean-de-Brébeuf. La famille recevra parents et amis à la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE, 222 boul. Lasalle, Sudbury le vendredi 25 mai 2012 de 14h00 à 16h00. Un service funéraire suivra à 16h en la Chapelle de la Coopérative Funéraire, Sudbury.
