DESANTI, Chelso - In loving memory of Chelso Desanti, 85 years, who passed away Saturday, October 3rd, 2009 at the SRH - St. Joseph's Health Centre. A well liked and well known life resident of Copper Cliff, Chelso was a devout Roman Catholic who attended St. Stanislaus Church where he actively participated in parish ministries and activities. He worked at Northern Brewery for over 35 years being part of the ownership group retiring in 1988. Chelso was a life member of the Copper Cliff Italian Club and he was an associate member of the Lockerby Legion. Fondly known as Shinny, Chelso was a real people person who had a wonderful sense of humour and a great gift of conversation which he generously shared with all he met. The light and love of his life will continue to guide and inspire his loving family and many friends. God Bless You Chelso. Beloved husband of Debora (Paci) Desanti predeceased 1989. Loving father of Randy (wife Elizabeth), Terry (wife Brenda) and Beverley predeceased. Cherished grandfather of Todd (Annie Lacroix), Cara Ann, Catherine, Jonathan, Cristina and great grandchildren Jenna, Astrid, Alyssa, Jacob and Tyson. Funeral Mass in St. Stanislaus Church, Copper Cliff Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Prayers 4:30 p.m. Monday.
