DESBIENS, Rose Anna (née Rainville) - In loving memory of Rose Anna Desbiens (née Rainville) 83 years Wednesday morning, February 13th, 2013 at West Nipissing Hospital, Sturgeon Falls. Beloved wife of Rhéal Desbiens of Hagar. Will be sadly missed by her daughters; Elizabeth “Liza“ Landry (husband Gilles Guillemette) of Val Caron, Diane (husband Luc Gervais) of Hagar, Reina Lavigne (husband Pat Lavigne predeceased) of Val Caron, Rachel Ross (husband Laurent Ross) of Coniston, Denise Ruedl of Hagar and predeceased by Anita Desbiens (husband Tony Desbiens). Proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Alexis and Emma (née Gervais) Rainville. Dear sister of Lucille Simon of London and predeceased by Lorraine Cayer, Cécile Sauvé, Arthur, Laurent, Ardent, Louis and Elias. Special aunt to several nieces and nephews. Rose was born and raised in Warren. She married Rhéal in Sudbury in 1956. She worked as a waitress before becoming a full time homemaker. Rose's favorite pastimes were hunting and fishing and she was an avid bowler. Her family was her priority and her happiest moments were spending her time surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren. She will be sadly missed and never forgotten. Funeral Prayers in the R.J. Barnard Chapel JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St. Sudbury Saturday, February 16th, 2013 at 11:30 am. Interment in the Warren Cemetery.
