DESORMEAUX, Cécile Alice (née Lefebvre) - In loving memory of Cécile Alice Desormeaux (née Lefebvre) The family announces with sorrow her death on Thursday, April 26th, 2012 at the age of 74 years at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved partner & best friend of Victor Desormeaux for 54 years. Daughter of Ted and Eveline (St.Germain) Lefebvre both predeceased. Loving mother of Mitchel (Cécile) Lefebvre of Moonbeam, Roland (Angèle), Carole (Yoland) of Val Caron, Monique (Ivan) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Tanya Lefebvre Demontigny, Natalie (Mark), Luc (Crystal), Pat, Marc (Julie), Ted, Joey, Brigitte, Martin, great granddaughter Lianna Desormeaux and her mother Paula Pacaud and one great grandson on the way. Dear sister of Midas (Nicole) of Moonbeam, Teena (Lorne) of Kapuskasing. Loving sister in law of Auguste Levesque from Gatineau, Québec. Predeceased by her loving sisters Octavia, Amanda, Louise and by her brother Vic. Predeceased by her sister in law Norma. Loving sister in law to Anita (Ray), Roméo (Giz), Guy (Georgette), Art predeceased (Marie), Ted (Diane), Mitchel (Aline), Maurice (Geraldine), Georgette (Art predeceased), Lucienne, Doris (Gaetan), Alma (Jean Claude), Fern (Paulette) both predeceased. Mom had three godchildren Alan Simard, Louise Karchie, Luc Lacasse and she had a special niece Renée Desormeaux. Sadly missed by several nieces, nephews and cousins especially Carole St. Germain. Cécile enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening with her partner Victor. The family wishes to express a very heartfelt and special thank you to nurses and doctors on the 8th floor and the Palliative Care Unit on the 4th floor at the HSN, with a special thanks to her family doctor Dr. Mahonny and staff. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME Val Caron/Blezard Valley Chapel 1815 Main St., Val Caron Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM Funeral Mass at Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Church, Val Therese on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 11 am Cremation at Park Lawn Crematorium Memorial donations to the Maison Vale Hospice or to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
