who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the Maison McCulloch Hospice in Sudbury.
Her life was a struggle with chronic depression, but she managed to show her love and generosity for her family and friends. Daughter of the late Laindon Sr. Burnett and Rolande Bemister, and stepdaughter of Claudette Florence Burnett (predeceased), and George Bemister (predeceased). Beloved wife of Marcel Djivre. Loving mother of Shannon Connors ((Tim), Jenniffer Connors (Rob) and stepmother of Sandra Martin (Dylan), Jane Ramachandran (Vick). Loving Grandmother of Rachel, Griffin, Baby Martin, Noemi, Tristan, and Jarred. Loving sister of Mark, Debbie (Tom predeceased), Jeanne (Eric), Laindon Jr. (Donna), Normand, Theresa (Moe), Michel, and Bernice. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends. Jo-Anne with your pure heart you will never be forgotten, and as you stated in your poem, in heaven "our souls shall live on forever."
