Dolan, Robert 'Bob'

In loving memory of Robert ”Bob” Dolan, 67 years, who sadly departed us and has entered into the great Hall of Valhalla on Saturday, May 12th, 2018. Loving husband of Melody Twain. Beloved son of Robert Dolan Sr. (predeceased) and Selena Dolan (nee Kaulback). Survived by his siblings Janice (Alex), Karen (Paul), Norma and Michael. His children Leena (Mario), Jesse (Rhonda), grandchildren Gregory (Brittney), Joshua, Harley, Mason and great-granddaughter Hailey. Bob was an avid sports player known to many across Northern Ontario as “Mr. Baseball”. He was quite passionate of the game and was President of the Men’s Fastball League for many years. He also played hockey and rebuilt old cars and Harley’s. Bob enjoyed life and took it as in came. He was born and raised his family in “Steel Town” Hamilton Ontario and later moved to Sudbury to work at Falconbridge for 27 plus years. Bob was a gentle old soul who made you laugh and smile at the worst of times. He will be missed by all. As per his wishes, there will be no public visitation. A Celebration of his Life will take place at the Horse Tavern in Chelmsford on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 at 3 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
