DUCHESNE, Rhéa Estelle (née Vaillant) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at the age of 89 years. Daughter of the late Napoleon and Florentine Vaillant. Wife of the late Lionel Duchesne, predeceased in 2004. Beloved mother of Michel Duchesne (friend Jeannine) of Westree, Annette Potvin (Oscar) of Noëlville, Harriet Lalonde of Sudbury, Carole Grenier (John) of Hanmer, John Duchesne (Margaret) of Sudbury and Ronald Duchesne (Winnifred) of Garson. Dear sister of Reverend Sister Ella Vaillant (S.A.) of Rouyn, her only surviving sibling. Sadly missed by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre- Dame), Sudbury, Friday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in St-Jacques Church, Hanmer.
