DUPUIS, Emile - In Loving Memory of Emile Dupuis 64 years Sunday April 29th 2012 at the Maison Vale Hospice, Sudbury. Devoted and beloved father of Jill of Georgetown, Allison (Mark Krohn) of Ottawa, and Darrel of Sudbury, with Shirley (Melanson) to whom he was married for 32 years. Adoring Pépère of Norah. Loving son of Rita (Leblanc) and Gabriel Dupuis of Sturgeon Falls. Cherished brother of Ray (predeceased) (Nancy) of Carleton Place, Roseanne Pilon-Cantin (Yvon) of Barrie, Kathy Phillips of Victoria, and Diane Roberts (Steven) of Wyevale. Special nephew of Yvonne (Leblanc) and Eddie Beauchamp (both predeceased) and special brother to Madelen (Dan), Carmen (Larry), Vivian (Dave) and Phillip (Lynn). A loving uncle, cousin, and nephew to many. Born in 1948, he grew up in Naughton and Windsor and immersed himself in hockey, baseball and other sports. But first and foremost, Emile was a devoted father. A natural dad, he took pride in his children and surrounded them with protection and love. He held his family and extended family deep in his heart and loved them fully. Emile was a longtime member of St. Anthony's Parish and a steadfast follower of the Catholic faith. He retired from INCO after 38 years of hard work. He brought comfort to those around him and will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church 19 Mary St., Sudbury Thursday May 3rd, 2012 at 10:30am. Interment in the Whitefish Catholic Cemetery. Parish Prayers 7pm Wednesday. Donations to the Maison Vale Hospice or the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
