1950 – 2023
Peacefully and surrounded by her family, Jackie, also known as “Kiki” Dupuis passed away on December 3rd, 2023 at the age of 73 years after a courageous battle with Lymphoma. Beloved wife of 54 years to Norm Dupuis who was also her primary caregiver. Norm and Jackie married on September 1st, 1969 shortly after giving birth to beautiful, blue eyed baby girl who was born with cerebral palsy and was mentally handicapped. They didn’t have it easy. Jackie spent a big part of her life looking after her daughter. In 1977 she gave birth to their second daughter, also known as their miracle baby Didi. In 1986 Norm and Jackie lost their eldest daughter, Tammy and now Jackie leaves behind her miracle baby Didi Martin, her son in law Dan Martin who she built a very close relationship with, her pride and joy, her grandkids, Shane Henri, Sophie Henri (Justin Harvey), and Kaci Henri. She was born to Juliette Lamoureux (predeceased), Oswald Auger (predeceased) and Adrien Lamoureux (predeceased). Also survived by his sister Shirley Murphy (Mike), Raymond Auger (predeceased), Ronald Auger (Germaine) (predeceased), Romeo Auger (predeceased), sister-in-law to Rene Dupuis (Nicole), Richard Dupuis (Yvette), Ron Dupuis (Denise), Angela Gallon (Rod) (predeceased), Carole Dupuis (predeceased), Mike Dupuis (Gail), Denis Dupuis (Christine) (predeceased). Survived by her Lamoureux family, her stepsisters and stepbrothers and many nieces and nephews. Special sister. Cousin and best friend Michelle Lamoureux. She also leaves behind a little ray of sunshine we call Andi Carole Henri Harvey, her first great granddaughter who was born in 2021 a day after her birthday and another baby girl coming February 2024.

Jackie (Kiki) was raised in the flower mill where she met Norm as he was her next-door neighbour. She spent the beginning of her married life taking care of her eldest daughter until she passed, then went on to continue her hairdressing career where she worked at numerous salons and also from home. Once her first grandchild was born, she decided to retire and help look after her grandkids, which she was able to form a special relationship with. She loved hosting Christmas dinners with her famous homemade beans, she loved playing cards, spending time with family and of course going to bingo. The family has a big hole in their hearts, but she is now with her Tammy and all other guardian angels she has lost along the way.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, December 11th, 2023 at 10:00am at Paroisse Ste-Marguerite-D’Youville located at 4290 Old Highway 69, Val Therese, Ontario. A celebration of life will follow at the Garson Pub from 12:00 – 6:00pm. at 20 Birch Street, Garson (across from the Garson arena).
