EMOND, Donald (Don) - In loving memory of Donald “Don“ Emond 87 years Saturday, February 12th, 2011 at his home. Beloved husband of Annette (San Cartier) Emond predeceased 2003. Loving father of Carol (Joe Caridade) of Sudbury. Loving step father of Ronald Joly predeceased (Patricia of Sudbury), Nancy (Trevor Chicquen predeceased) of Sudbury and Raymond Joly (Lucy) of Wasaga Beach. Cherished grandfather of Derek (Ruth), Tracy (Gregg), Kari (Leanne), Corrie (Keith), Donald (Elaine), Nicole, Michael, Kim (Ralph), Annie (Kevin) and great grandchildren Emma, Gracie, Ava, Dawson, Jordan, Joshua, Chris, Bradley, Ashley and Melanie. Dear son of Ovila and Caroline Emond both predeceased. Dear brother of Gertrude (Ernest Labbe predeceased) of Sudbury, Marie Anne (Gabriel Gareau predeceased) of Paris, Carmen (Joe Wolschuck) of Timmins and predeceased by Eveline (Camil Bérubé), Edna (Gunnar Telkinen) and Louis-George. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in Quebec, he worked as a miner at Falconbridge Nickel Mine for 30 years, retiring in 1981. He will be sadly missed but always remembered with love, especially for his wonderful sense of humour. Funeral Service in the R.J.
