ETCHES, Elizabeth Ann - In Loving Memory of Elizabeth Ann “Betty“ Etches (nee Steinke) 61 Years. After a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer, Betty passed away on Tuesday, September 11th, 2012 at the Maison Vale Hospice, Sudbury. Loving mother of Kimberly Legault (Marcel) of Sudbury and Scott Russell of Toronto. Cherished grandmother of Jolie Legault. Dear daughter of Albert predeceased and Gladys (Reid) Steinke of Massey. Dear sister of Evelyn Kiviaho (Gene), Donna Pelky (Garfield), Joan Marler (Glenn), Bert Steinke, Joy Barker (Robert) and Merri Ann Hobbs. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Betty was devoted to her loving family, especially her precious granddaughter Jolie and she was keenly looking forward to the arrival of Allison in the near future. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. (Friends may call 2-5; 7- 9pm Wednesday and after 10am Thursday). Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel Thursday, September 13th, 2012 at 11:30am. Cremation with interment in the Civic Cemetery.
