FLINDALL, Herman “Bud“ - In Loving Memory of Herman “Bud“ Flindall 80 Years Passed away peacefully Friday, January 13th, 2012 at the Health Sciences North- Memorial Site. Beloved husband of Lois Ann Flindall (nee McNeil) predeceased 2010. Loving father of Ian (wife Christine), Marilyn (husband Luc Boileau), Donna (husband Mike Moskal), Sharon (husband Bernie Leger) and Stephen (partner Joe Lefneski). Proud grandfather of Laura, Justin, Neil, Matthew, Elizabeth, Michelle, Danielle, Eric, Amy, Josh and Zach. Dear son of Hermon and Frances Flindall both predeceased. Dear brother of Joan, Marion (Tony predeceased), Howard (Colleen), Barb (Mike), Joyce (Lyall), Ron (Jan), Diane (Wayne). Special uncle Bud to many nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Kingston, he married Lois in Toronto in 1955. He was a longtime resident of Copper Cliff. Bud worked at INCO for 33 years. He enjoyed a cold Diet Pepsi, camping, vacationing, cheering on the Sudbury Wolves, the casino, and travelling to his second home, Kingston. He always found pleasure in the simple things in life. He will lovingly be remembered for his Christmas spirit and sense of humour which will live on through his children and grandchildren. He leaves a legacy of love, values and family tradition. Resting at the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St. Sudbury. Funeral Service in the Copper Cliff United Church Monday, January 16th, 2012 at 11am. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to Copper Cliff United Church Memorial Fund or SRH “FAO“ Unit would be appreciated. (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9pm Sunday).
