In loving memory of William "Bill" Robert Foley, born on February 27, 1951 to his parents Doris (Dillabaugh) and John Foley both predeceased.
He passed away peacefully in his home with loved ones by his side on January 28h 2024 in Capreol, Ontario after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Devoted and loyal husband of Donna Foley (predeceased) in a joyful and faithful marriage of 47 years.
Loving father of Angela (Terry) and Ryan (Lindsay) who will miss his unconditional and ever-present love.
Cherished and adored Poppa/Grandpa to Tyler, Chloe, Austin and Bentley.
Missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Bill retired from CP Rail in 2013 with 35 years service. Bill then entered his most memorable years as an extremely patient, absolutely dedicated and loving grandfather. Bill loved life and loved everybody who came into his life. His sense of humor, his calm demeaner and his constant support created the solid foundation of his marriage, his family and friends.
He had a passion for all sports. He spent many hours playing baseball and hockey. He was an avid fan of the Boston Bruins, Capreol Hawks and the Smiths Falls Rideaus.
He was his son Ryan and his grandson Tyler's biggest hockey fan.
Deeply missed by his canine grand babies Piper, Tim and Evie “Breezy”.
