FOURNIER, Joan Bernadette (Beau) (nee Richard) - In Loving Memory of Joan Bernadette “Beau“ Fournier (nee Richard) 80 years who passed away on Monday, July 19, 2010 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital. Beloved wife of Frank Fournier (predeceased). Loving mother of Rick (Jane) of Elliot Lake, Alex (Patsy) and Marc both of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Melanie & Stephanie Fournier and Rob, Kira (predeceased) & Kai Lumme. Loved “G.G“ Beau of Allie & Ella Lumme and Myla & Selia Marsh. Dear sister of late Clovis, John and Mary Lourdes (M""Lou). Predeceased by her parents the Right Honourable Clovis and Bernadette Richard. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews from British Columbia to New Brunswick. Born in Bathurst, New Brunswick she met her husband Frank at the Ottawa University, moved to Sudbury and raised her family. Beau considered family and friends to be very important and did her best to keep in touch with everyone. She always liked a good chat and spending her Sundays at the Laurentian University Parish. She enjoyed golf, the theatre, painting, gardening and fishing with family. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation at Park Lawn Crematorium. Memorial donations to the SRH- Dialysis Unit, Diabetes Association or to Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME.
