FRASER, Lorna “Isabelle“ - In Loving Memory of Lorna “Isabelle“ Fraser, (nee Smith) - 97 years who passed away peacefully Sunday February 24th, 2013 at the Pioneer Manor, Sudbury. Beloved wife of John Fraser predeceased in 1974. Loving mother of Lorna Aitchison (late husband Lindsay) of Sydney Australia and John (wife Elizabeth) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dear sister of William Carl Smith (wife Anne) of Sudbury. Predeceased by her parents Jesse and Dora (nee Haffie) Smith, daughter Cynthia Fraser Powell (late husband Joe) and sister Winnifred Lemon (late husband Ian). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Isabelle was an Elder in her church and a very involved and active participant acting as Past President of the Women's Association, as a member in good standing of the Eastern Star, the choir, and many different committees. Visitation at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St. Sudbury. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel Thursday evening February 28th, 2013 at 7 p.m. Eastern Star Service at 6:45 p.m. Thursday. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
