FRAZIER, Jake Earl Hill - It is with deepest sorrow that the family announces the passing of baby Jake Earl Hill Frazier on March 21st 2013. Cherished son of Mary Kataquapit and Claude Justin Frazier of Sudbury. Beloved baby brother of Avery and Malik Kataquapit. Beloved grandson of Noella Pilon, Dan Pilon, Daniel Kataquapit, Claude & Stephanie Frazier and great- grandson of Alexandra Kataquapit, Martha & Louis Sutherland, Isabell Frazier and Bob & Pat Bateman. Sadly missed by his aunts and uncles, Cynthia, Martha, Daniel, Benida Lynda, Robertalee, Angeline, Marjorie, Robert and Keith. Baby Jake will forever remain in the hearts of his great aunts and uncles, cousins and other extended family. Predeceased by his sister Sadonah Isabell and his brother Claude Wilkinson. “On the wings of an angel, he gently touched down. Here for a moment, then heavenly bound, where the sweet Father welcomed him home and the wings of an angel became his own.“ A memorial service was held on Sunday March 24th 2013 in the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, Sudbury. Donations to the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (N.I.C.U.) would be appreciated.
