FYFE, Roger Joseph - In Loving memory of Roger Joseph Fyfe. The family announces with great sorrow his death at his residence on Monday September 6th, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. Son of the late Leopold and Gilberte Fyfe (nee Provost) (Stepmom, Georgette Fyfe). Beloved husband of Francine Fyfe (nee Lamothe) of Lively. Loving father of Donna Walli (husband Mark) of Lively, Lucie Fyfe (partner Guy) of Chelmsford, Claudette MacPherson (husband David), Diane Fyfe (partner Ferguson), Cathy Metlin (partner Sean) and Margaret Nicholls (husband Dennis). Dear stepfather to John, Kathy, Linda, Michael and Patty. Dear brother to Pauline Morrissette, Denise Dupuy, Jean Marc Fyfe (wife Nicole), Pierre Fyfe (wife Carole) all from Quebec. Predeceased by his brother Leopold Fyfe. Sadly missed by his 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by his relatives and friends. Roger was retired after 37 years as a Tow-motor operator for the Harbor Commission at the Toronto waterfront. Roger was a hard worker and devoted father and grandfather. He loved being with family and enjoyed woodworking and painting. He loved to fish and was a real outdoorsman. Memorial Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Sudbury Sunday, September 12th, 2010 at 11:30AM. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
