GAUTHIER, Jean (John) - The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury on Wednesday, October 26th, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Son of the late Lionel and Clorida Gauthier (née Labelle). Beloved husband of Marie Jeanne D'Arc Gauthier (née Sasseville). Loving father of Jocelyne Blackwell (Boyd) , Bruce Gauthier (Dianne), Nadeen Guenette (Guy), Wayne Gauthier (Brenda), Gerry Gauthier (Shelly Sloan- Gauthier), Mary-Rose Gauthier, Glenda Gauthier, and April Gail Jones (Derek). Cherished grandfather to Tamara (Dave), Jean-Guy (Melissa), Tracy (Sheldon), Roy (Lisa), Shannon (Denton), Robert (Natalie), Heather (Tyler), John-Ray (Erin), Renee (Dave), Andrew, Sierra, Sabrina, Shelby, Colton, Jacob and Georgina. Great- grandfather to Tinisha, Gavin, Jacob, Brendan, Braedan, Justice, McKenzie, Aurora, Izabella, Chace, Quinn, Cherish, and Sidney. Dear brother to Colette Stoa (Joe) and brother-in-law to Rita Dumencu (Bill). Jean also leaves behind many relatives and friends. At Jean's request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made (by cheque only) to the St-Alexander's Parish Building Fund or to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury.
