GÉMUS, Daniel - It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing in Sudbury on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the age of 86 years. Son of the late Léon and the late Gérardine (née Paré) Gémus. Beloved husband of Lucille Gémus (née Despatie) of Sudbury. Loving father of Cyril (Pauline) of Whitefish, Denise Allaire (Serge) of Blind River, Hélène Duguay (Roland) of Lively, Normand (Linda) of Windsor, Gisèle Gémus-Silverstein (Joel) of Concord, California, Claude (Julie) of Capreol and Lise Vojtesek (Stan) of Sudbury. Dear brother of Anne Marie Godin (Bob) of Sudbury, Michelle Ménard (late Bob Stone) of Latchford and Gérard (Angela) of Burlington. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters; Edouard, Marguerite Marsh (late Gordon), Thérèse Urban (late Joseph), Marcel, Guy (Bella), Patrice, Alfred (Patricia of Swastika) and Richard. Sadly missed by his 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In keeping with Daniel's wishes there will be no visitation. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Friday, July 20th, 2012 after 10 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel Mgr.
