GIBSON, David Boyd - In loving memory of David Boyd Gibson 64 years Peacefully Tuesday February 5, 2013 at his residence with his loving family at his side. Beloved husband of Gisele (Charbonneau) Gibson. Loving father of Jason (Meghann), Scott (Rose Craig), Michelle (Michael West), Amanda Gaudin (Jody Blanchette), Lynn Gaudin (Virgina Lomax). Cherished Grampa to Riley, Travis, Bradley, Anika, Seth, Madison, Lochlan, Bailey, Joshua and Macey. Dear son of Jack and Nellie Gibson predeceased. Dear brother of Todd Gibson (Barb) and Pamela Cookson (John predeceased). Special son in law to Richard and Lorraine Charbonneau. Dear brother in law to Lise (Jean-Guy Bigeau), Robert (Lynn) and Sylvie (Robert Allard). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. David was a well respected and successful mortgage broker. He was the Honourary grandfather and #1 fan of the Sudbury North Stars Girls Hockey Team on which his granddaughter played. He was an excellent cook whose delicious dinners were enjoyed by all. He was happiest when hosting a four generation dinner and being in the company of his loving family. Resting at the JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St., Sudbury. (Friends may call 2-5; 7-9 p.m. Thursday and after 11 a.m. Friday with parish prayers at 7:30pm Thursday). Funeral Mass in St. Patrick's Church 39 Walford Rd., Sudbury Friday, February 8, 2013 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Sudbury North Star Girls Hockey Team would be appreciated.
