GIES, Jacqueline M - In loving memory of Jacqueline M. Gies, (née Beauchamp), 70 years, Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital. Beloved wife of William James “Bill“ Gies predeceased. Loving mother of William (Billy) (wife Lorena), Robert (Bobby) (wife Carole) and Lawrence (Larry) (wife Monique). Cherished grandmother of Ashley (Eric Allaert), Amanda (Mathew Major), Andrea (Craig Williamson) and Lisa (Andre Lafantaisie), Brittney, Alycia and great grandchildren Keegan, William, Hayden, Meeya, Keira, Emileigh, Tiara, Lincoln, Joshua and Selena. Dear daughter of Jean- Louis and Claire (Paquette) Beauchamp. Dear sister of Roland Beauchamp predeceased (wife Sue), Diane (husband Ron Warbrick) and Liz (husband Charlie Campeau). Sadly missed by loving nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Sudbury, Jackie married Bill Gies in 1958. She enjoyed camping, darts and attending her son's concerts. She will be remembered as a happy person who was devoted to her loving family. A proud Canadian she was an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br #503 Onaping Falls. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St., Saturday, February 26th, 2011 at 11:30am. Cremation with interment in the Maplecrest Cemetery.
