In loving memory of Norman D. Harris, who sadly passed away March 16, 2024 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. After successfully fighting cancer, he bravely succumbed to COPD.
Born to Norman J. Harris and Anne (Ferguson) Harris predeceased, of Val Caron. Predeceased by his loving wife Elaine (Haacke) Harris (2009) and his beloved son Norman W. Harris (2024). Also predeceased by his brother Garth (2022). He is survived by his loving grandson Jesse N. Harris, Norm’s pride and joy. Dearly missed by his sisters Shirley Harris and Maureen Caverly (Ronald) of Greater Sudbury. Also remembered by the Haacke family, many nieces and nephews and long-time friends.
Norm grew up in Nova Scotia, moved with the family to Sudbury, then later to Toronto to work but always returned home every long weekend. He loved to tinker in the garage with his brother Garth and loved camping with the family. He always kept in contact with family in Nova Scotia. Norm worked for Superior Propane and retired from Guelph to Sudbury.

There will be no funeral or visitation. A graveside memorial will be held at a later date.
