HODGINS, Marie-Anna (nee Bouffard) - In Loving Memory of Marie-Anna Hodgins (née Bouffard), 89 years Saturday, March 19th, 2011 at the Extendicare York. Beloved wife of Gordon Hodgins predeceased 1993. Loving mother of Patricia Kallio predeceased, Gail (Dan Hanley) of Ottawa, Carolyn (Gordon Jinks) of Sudbury, Barbara (Chris Kivi) of New York, Linda (Bob Watson) of London, Beverly Gauthier of Sudbury, Bill (Janet) of Mississauga, Kathleen (Bob Ridley) of Kapuskasing, Garfield (Monica) of Sudbury, Laurie (Peter Melnick) of North Carolina. Cherished grandmother of 25 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and predeceased by one grandson, Gordon John Watson. Loving daughter of Rosalie (née Dion) and Amedée Bouffard both predeceased. Dear sister of Honore Bouffard (Antoinette) of Sudbury and Florence Gascon, Xavier, Roselda Ciola, Elleanor Bertrand, Exilda Gladu, Cecile Lehman, Florida Henri, Oliver, Victor, Anthony, Lionel, Orelle, Hector and Germaine all predeceased. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Marie-Anna was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting, and playing cards and Bingo was her favourite passion. She was a devout Catholic and loved the Lord. Her favourite Psalm was the 23rd Psalm which she faithfully prayed every night. She had a great love for her husband, Gordon, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered. Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St., Sudbury. Funeral Mass in St. Mathieu’s Church, 1608 Pioneer Road, Sudbury, Tuesday, March 22nd, 2011 at 10am. Interment in the Civic Memorial Cemetery. Prayers 3:30pm Monday.
