HUBERT, Maurice - The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Monday, December 7, 2009 at the age of 75 years. Son of the late Robert A. Hubert and of the late Muriel E. Stephens. Beloved husband of Florence Hubert (née Laidley) of Chelmsford. Loving father of Lynn Moore (Fred Higenell) of Capreol, Robert Hubert (RoseMary) of Wellesley and Michelle Etches (Trevor) of North Bay. Dear brother of Bill Mullen (Helen) of Guelph. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Kyle, Krista, Lyrissa, Lance, Joshua, Eric, Adam, Ryan, Zoe and his great-grandchildren, Boston, Johnny, Kyle Jr., Destiny and Kaden. Maurice was a retired crane operator from Inco after 38 years of service at Clarabelle Mill. The focus of his life was his loving family and friends who will miss him dearly. His family will treasure fond memories of him having been at his best spending time with them, especially at his cottage on Manitoulin Island. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691, R R 15, Chelmsford, Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday after 9:00 a.m. Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel, Chelmsford. Donations (by cheque only) to the Alzheimer Society or the Parkinson Society would be appreciated.
