HUHTANEN, Vieno Ellen (née Aittola) - Of Toronto, after a last wonderful summer at the cottage at Clear Lake, peacefully on August 13, 2012 at 84 years of age, with her family by her side, following a short illness at Etobicoke General Hospital. Beloved wife for 61 years of her best friend, Henry. Much loved mother and mother-in-law to Wayne and Maxine, Dayle and Chris, Jayne and Don. Proud and loving Grandma to Michelle, Andrew and Craig, Katy, Dani, Andy, Jilli, Will, and Brendan. Also survived by her sister Mary Vickberg, and her extended family of in-laws, nieces and nephews. Pre- deceased by her parents Alma and Einari Aittola and her sister Eila Cosburn. Cremation and a private family service have taken place, with a memorial to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army or the charity of your choice.
