A Limb Has Fallen From The Tree

It is with Profound sadness we announce the passing of Dennis Matthew George Jordan on June 4th in his 79th year. Just like that, our world changed forever.

Dennis leaves behind his wife of 56 years, 3 adult children, a sister Dianne and brother Mike, as well as 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by his twin brother Dennon and great grandson Gabriel Forest.

Dennis was a Rodman/Ironworker with Local 721 Toronto, and Local 786 Sudbury.

He was especially proud of walking the Iron at the 800-foot level of the CN Tower in Toronto.

Dennis enjoyed canoeing, fishing, hunting, cutting and splitting wood, and of course a few cold beers.

He had high standards, morals, and ethics and values.

Dennis also possessed a strong work ethic which he instilled in his three children. He was a loyal, honest and trustworthy man.

He will be remembered for his "unique" sense of humour his baked beans, homemade soups and pickled eggs.

His work on earth is done, he did his best, his mind is at ease and his Soul is at rest. A Celebration of Life will follow at a later date.

Until we meet again, Love from your Family xo
