Tante Sherie will be missed by her many nephews Jake, Joshua, Kayden, Nicholas and Brendyn. Cherished grand daughter of Betty and Neil Turnbull. She will be deeply missed by her many aunts and uncles, especially Ray and Carol. In 2003, Sheri earned her degree in Nursing from Cambrian College in Sudbury. Her Nursing degree brought her to new cities where she gained valuable friendships and experienced life. Her passion for Nursing and her caring nature along with her love for children led her to specialize in the Labor and Delivery field. Sherie touched so many lives throughout her young years; in nursing, in friendships and in family. Everyone that knew our beautiful Sherie admired her courage and her strong fight with cancer. Her beautiful smile and bright blue eyes will forever be engraved in our hearts. She had a wonderful sense of humour and enthusiasm for life that attracted everyone to her. The courage and determination she demonstrated when faced with her illness is a testament to her love of life and her loved ones and will never be forgotten. Sherie reported for her first Nursing shift in Heaven at 7:30 this morning doing what she loved most. “Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.” Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home Hanmer/Capreol Chapel 4605 Michelle Dr.,(at Hwy 69 N), Hanmer.
