In loving memory of Barbara Rose Kirchner (nee Yorke), 68 years. Passed away peacefully with her loving husband by her side on Sunday, May 28th, 2023 at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care.
Beloved wife and best friend of 50 years to Keith Kirchner. Cherished mother of Kyle Kirchner. Dear daughter of Bailey predeceased and Agnes Yorke (nee Linklater), sister of Laurie, Dennis, and Barry, and sister-in-law of Bob (Darlene), and Ricky (Anna). She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Barbara was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on June 21st, 1954. She met and married the love of her life on August 31st, 1974, and together they raised their son in Levack. She loved the outdoors, camping and fishing. She was an excellent cook, and baker. Each year we would look forward to her Christmas cookies that she would bake and share with everyone. She was very artistic and enjoyed painting, making candles, and macrame.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at St. Joe’s Continuing Care for taking such good care of Barbara. Also, to her friends Carol and Lucy for their support, and helping to keep up Barbara’s spirit.
