KIVARI, Laila (née Mantysaari) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Chelmsford, Friday, February 10, 2012 at the age of 86 years. Daughter of the late Gustave and the late Ellen (née Hedburg) Mantysaari. Wife of the late Martin Kivari, predeceased in 2004. Beloved mother of Marlene Jacques (Larry) of Azilda and Richard Kivari (Cathy) of Sault-Ste-Marie. Predeceased by her son Edward. Dear sister of Harvey Mantysaari (late Emerance) of Chelmsford, Sadie Mantysaari of Sudbury and Larry Puukila (Marlene) of Peterborough. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters: Albert (late Alice), Arne (late Jeannine), Alden (late Connie) and Eila Godin. Cherished grandmother to Matthew (Crystal), David, Michael, Christopher, Kristin and Colin. Precious mummu to Joshua, Taylor, Dylan, Nathan and Ryan. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Lovingly remembered as a very caring and special person who put others ahead of herself and always had time to listen.
