KOSKELA, Maya Kristiina - “Some only dream of angels. We held one in our arms.”Treasured daughter of Erik and Chantal (Chamberland) Koskela and beloved older sister of sister Mattea and brother Lukas. Cherished granddaughter, niece and cousin. Born December 4, Maya died peacefully in the arms of her family on December 13, 2012. During her nine short days here on Earth, Maya touched many lives. She was, and still is, deeply loved and shall live on forever in our hearts. Services will be held at St Matthew's Lutheran Church, 264 Mackenzie Street in Greater Sudbury on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family would be honoured to have donations made in Maya's name to the Ronald McDonald House Ottawa. The family would like to thank Dr. Ferretti and the staff of the NICU at the Ottawa General Hospital for the incredible care provided to Maya and the entire family.
