LACROIX, Anita (née Auger) - It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing in Sudbury on Wednesday, October 26th, 2011 at the age of 74 years. Daughter of the late William Auger and Violet (née Amell) Auger. Wife of the late Renaud Lacroix. Friend of the late George Parise. Loving mother of Violet Lacroix of Sudbury, Cecile Villemère (Terry) of British Columbia, Janet Lacroix of Sudbury, Daniel Lacroix of Toronto and Pauline Lacroix of North Bay. Cherished grandmother to Angèle (Marc), Melanie, Leah, Michelle, Micheal, Christine and Haley and loving great-grandmother to Atisha, Hervé, Tatianna, and Sebastien. Predeceased by her brother Gilbert and her sister Rita. Anita also leaves behind many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends and relatives at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle blvd. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Friday, October 28, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-8:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury.
