It is with great sadness that the family announces her passing in North Bay, on September 30, 2021 at the age of 61 years. Daughter of the late Tom Smith and late Jean (née Wagg) Adams. Loving wife of Russell Laderoute. Cherished mother of Maria Tavares (Vince), Dana Tavares and Manuel Tavares (Nat). Beloved grandmother of Victoria, Sierra, Mateo, Vin, Olivier, Tyler and Kaleb. Dear sister of Ellen (Dale), Vincent, Theresa (Tom), Louise (Dave) and Debbie Adams, she was predeceased by her brothers Ronnie and Timmy Adams. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. She was an amazing woman that would give you the shirt off her back even if she needed it more than you did. 6 months out of the year she resided at Black Bear camp where she was known as everyone’s camp mom and always had an empty chair or 5 ready for anyone that stopped by. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
