LANGLOIS, Maureen - It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Maureen, on Friday Dec. 7th, 2012 at the age of 79 yrs, at the Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River, after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving mother of Alice and grandmother of two grandchildren. Beloved daughter of the late Real and Alice (Barnes) Langlois. Beloved sister of Lorraine, George (wife Paula), Roger (wife Molly predeceased), Delores, and (predeceased by Morris, Rose Marie and Kathleen (husband Emile Deschamps). Maureen had a great personality and loved making people laugh. Her favourite activity was to call the Bingo, she would ask “Is you ready freddy? B8 did you have your V8 today? Maureen will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will take place Saturday Dec 15th, 2012 between 1-5pm at 16 Michigan St., Blind River.
