It is with great sadness that our family announces the peaceful passing of Patricia Lariviere at home, with her loving family by her side, on Tuesday May 5, 2020, at the age of 75. She was born in Cheticamp, Nova Scotia on January 21, 1945 to the late Alexander and Rose (Bourgeois) Poirier. Patricia is survived by her three sons; Gerald (Diane), Gilles (Paula) and Marc (Julie), her grandchildren; Mia, Tristan, Amanda (Brendan), Shyan, Camryn, Adrian, Phoenix and great grandson Kaiden. She is survived by her sisters Rita (Kenneth) and Jeanette (Bob), predeceased by her sibling; Lucy (Frank) Gariepy, Joseph and Wilfred. Patricia was an avid bowler in her day, with many trophies to prove it, she loved to bake, knit, socialize with her friends at Horizon Co-op, and of course spending time at camp. As per her wishes there will be no service. The family will be planting a beautiful tree in her memory. A big thank you goes out to the nurses from Bayshore that helped make Pat comfortable during her last days.
