LAVIOLETTE, Marcel. The family announces with deepest sorrow his passing in Sudbury in his 78th year. Beloved son of the late Arthur and Maria Violette. Dear husband of 60 years to Cécile Laviolette (Simon). Loving father of Nicole (Georges Desroches), Joanne (Cesare Borgogelli), Linette (Peter Zelinski Jr.), Judith (Gerard Hudder), John (Nancy Laviolette) and Louise (Charles Beaulieu). He was also blessed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marcel also leaves many relatives and friends. Marcel was surrounded by his loved ones in his final hours and will be missed by all forever. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. (at Notre Dame), Sudbury, on Saturday, July 28th, 2012 from 1-4 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel, at 4:00 p.m. Donations (by cheque only) to Maison Vale Hospice.
