The family announces with sorrow her death in Chelmsford, Sunday June 24, 2023, at the age of 88 years.
Loving wife to James Lawson (Predeceased 2002) and Bruce Carscadden (Predeceased 2010) Mother to Stephen Lawson, Michael Lawson (Lyse Lawson) Jane Groom (Jeff Groom) Susan Lawson (Kevin Peveril), Mary Lawson. Lovingly remembered by her Grandchildren Alicia Groom (Chris Lavoie), Brian Lawson, Sean Lawson, Evan Frizzle, Hailey Frizzle, Connor Frizzle (Chelsea Frizzle), as well as several Great Grandchildren. Dear daughter of John Grace and May Dougherty (both predeceased). Treasured sister of Brian Grace (predeceased) (Janet), Maureen (Jimmy) (both predeceased), Eileen (Bert Topping predeceased), Kathleen Coll. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
She moved to Canada from Scotland in 1969, a Retired Tax Preparer she never really stopped working, preparing friends and family tax returns until near the end. She was an active member in her Church all of her life, Great friend to so many in her community of Chelmsford. She will be sadly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
