LEACH, Allan - In loving memory of Allan Leach, 81 years who passed away on Thursday, August 26th, 2010 at the Maison Vale INCO Hospice, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Katharine (Krizmanich) Leach predeceased 2000; and Shirley Wilkie- Leach. Loving father of Dwight (Kelly), Gail Turcotte, Kathy Laronde (Mark), Allan Jr. (Connie), and Dianna Leach-Petrone (Louie). Cherished grandfather of Jesse, Tiara, Cody, Wyett, Garrett, Nicholas, Taryn, Haley, Dana, Katrina and great grandchild Camron. Dear son of George and Maggie (Tattersoll) Leach predeceased. Dear brother of Lillian Mason, Margaret Montgomery (Don), Kenneth predeceased (Doris). Will be sadly missed by the Wilkie Family – Allison (Frank Catalano), Michael Wilkie (Valerie) and stepgrandchildren Samantha, Alexandria, Ben and Katilyn. Sadly missed by canine buddy Alley-Cat. Allan had been a police sergeant with Copper Cliff Police Department, retiring in 1983 with 32 years service. He then was a private security officer with Pinkerton""s and Burns for 15 years retiring in 1998. A proud Canadian, he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion # 564 Lockerby Branch and the Bethel Lodge AF & AM #699. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Sunday, August 29th, 2010 at 3pm. Reception to follow at the Lockerby Legion.
