LEBLANC, Raymond - It is with great sorrow that the family announces his passing on Friday, October 12th, 2012 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Bosse) LeBlanc predeceased 1996. Loving father of Roland (wife Lorraine) of Hanmer, Norman (wife Shelley) of Sault Ste. Marie, Suzanne (husband Bill Mills), Robert, and Michelle (husband Stan Paris) all of Sudbury. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Raymond was the son of the late Albanie and Isabella (Doiron) LeBlanc and is survived by his partner Loretta Hoban of Riverview, New Brunswick and his sister Imelda LeBlanc of Moncton, New Brunswick. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch St., on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 1:00 pm. to 3:00 pm. Funeral prayers and service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the R.J. Barnard Chapel. Interment in the Civic Memorial Cemetery will take place immediately following the service. A commemorative mass for Raymond will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, November 16, 2012, at St. Jean de Brebeuf Church, 26 Kathleen St. at Notre Dame Ave. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at the Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home in Moncton, New Brunswick. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society in memory of Raymond would be appreciated.
