The family of Gaetan (Gates) Leclair will be honouring him with a Celebration of Life on October 15th at the Nickel City Hotel between 2 pm and 4 pm. We invite all who wish to join us in remembering Gates.

(1958-2023)
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gaetan (Gates) Leclair on April 1st 2023 in Sudbury. After lengthy health issues and a battle with cancer he passed away at the age of 64 years.
Gaetan was born August 20th 1958. Son of the late Beulah and the late Albini Leclair. Survived by his wife Dorinda Kelly, his daughter Stephanie Anne Quinlan (Jeremiah Quinlan).
He also leaves behind his brothers and sisters, Monique Marois, Andre Leclair (Lee Griffin), Ray Leclair (Carole Simon), Pierre Leclair (Sophie Leclair) and Nicole Favaro (Larry Favaro). Predeceased by Gilles Leclair, (Maria Jose Recoder de Casso Leclair) and Paulette Leclair, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Gaetan was born and lived in Sudbury Ontario all his life. Gaetan was a beautiful soul who loved his family dearly and cherished his friends. He was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors. He also loved his cats Tiggy and Sims. He was a wonderful artist who often was seen painting or creating beautiful jewelry. All who knew him will miss him.

Prédécédé par ses frères et sœurs Gilles Leclair (Maria Jose Recoder de Casso Leclair) et Paulette Leclair. Ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Gaetan est né et a vécu toute sa vie à Sudbury (Ontario). Gaetan était un bel âme qui aimait beaucoup sa famille et chérissait ses amis. Il était un pêcheur passionné qui aimait le plein air. Il aimait aussi ses chats Tiggy et Sims. C’était un artiste merveilleux que l’on voyait souvent peindre ou créer de magnifiques bijoux. Il manquera à tous ceux qui l’on connut.
Un grand merci à Health Sciences North, en particulier au Dr Singh, au Dr Falk et aux infirmières du 7e étage ainsi qu’aux assistants personnels pour tous les soins et le soutien qu’ils ont apporté.
