LENTZ, Leo Johannes - In Loving Memory of Leo Johannes Lentz, 70 years, who passed away Sunday, July 15th, 2012 at Health Sciences North, Sudbury. Beloved husband of Eila Marjatta Lentz (nee Nikkola) of Sudbury. Dear father of Kari Kristian Lentz of Michigan; wife Candice (Hamisfar). Loving grandfather of Cassandra Lentz. He was the son of Milja and Karl Lentz from Finland, both predeceased. Dear brother of Raija Sundquist of Uppsala, Sweden and Lea Gronberg (predeceased). Sadly missed by his family, 3 nieces and 2 nephews, many relatives in Finland and friends in Canada. Leo married his wife in Finland and they moved to Canada in 1970. He worked as an autobody mechanic both in Finland and in Sudbury. The last 20 years he worked at Sudbury Transit from where he retired almost 2 years ago. He was an avid hunter and fisherman in his younger years and liked people. At his request there will be no visitation. A private service will be held at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St., Sudbury. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses of the sixth floor at Health Sciences North.
