LEVAC, Jacqueline Flore (née Brouillette) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Hormidas and of the late Léona (née Morin) Brouillette. Beloved wife of Conrad Levac of Sudbury. Loving mother of L. Lynn Levac (Donald Landry), Benot A. Levac (Gwen), Donald “Doni“ (Sue) Levac and Nicole L. Deault (Dan). Dear sister of Jacques Brouillette (Berthe), Henriette Jermyn (late Lloyd), Solange Levesque (late Aurele), Madeleine Levesque (late Victor), Armande Brouillette, Fernand Brouillette (Monique), Raymond Brouillette (Lorraine), Gérald Brouillette, Gilbert Brouillette, Georges Brouillette (Gisèle) and Rollande Shank (Normand). Predeceased by her sisters Fernande Paquette (Isidore) and Eliane Roy (late Réjean). Sadly missed by her grandchildren: Neil & Leia Blake, Kyle (Camille), Tyler (Kyla), Troy, Erik (Josée), Jade (Jeremy) & Cody Levac, Patrick (Jessica), Martine & Gabriel Deault and by her great-grandchildren Matthew and Chelsea Levac. Will be greatly missed by her constant canine companion “Princesse“. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family expresses its heartfelt appreciation to Cindy Lamarche, Carmen Brlé, Dr. Luison, Dr. Anderson, the ICU staff: Bonnie, Marianne, Renée, Beth, Mary-Lou, Crystal, Jolene, Wendy, Giota, Robert as well as Dan and Father Ronald Perron of the Pastoral Care for their kind and compassionate care. Jacqueline will be remembered having been a humble and selfless lady who ensured that her family was always well cared for. She enjoyed playing cards with her children, grandchildren and friends, baking everyone""s favorite dish and was especially known for her famous “galettes“, rice pudding, pies and pineapple dessert. She loved her shopping escapades, picking berries, as well as family gatherings with her children and grandchildren. In keeping with Jacqueline""s wishes, there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Sam Bruno PET Scanner Trust Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
