LOCKHART, Rachel H. (nee Montpetit) - In Loving Memory of Rachel H. (nee Montpetit) Lockhart 82 years Monday, March 4th, 2013 at Health Sciences North. Beloved wife of George Lockhart predeceased 2003. Loving mother of Lisa (Glen Taber), Mary (David Giot) and predeceased by David, George Jr. and Lisa- Anne. Cherished Grandmother of Shanna Lynn, Emily, Ian and great grandchild Salem Carlson. Dear daughter of Emile and Zora (La Rue) Montpetit predeceased. Dear sister of Armande Lalonde, Noella Karchie and predeceased by Helen Labine, Mimi Levesque and Esther Chevrier. Sadly missed by loving nieces and nephews. Rachel was born in Chelmsford where she married George Lockhart in 1950. She was a longtime and well loved Levack resident. An accomplished pianist she and her husband would generously share their beautiful gift of music at the local retirement homes. Rachel was devoted to her family. The light of her life will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME 252 Regent Street at Hazel Street (Friends may call 2-5 & 7-9 Thursday only) Funeral Mass in St. Bartholomew's Church, Levack Friday March 8th, 2013 at 11 am Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Chelmsford Cemetery Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
