LUCIW, Iole Priscilla (Pella) - November 18, 1934-April 24, 2012 - It is with great sorrow that the family announces her death in Sudbury at Health Sciences North. Survived by her loving husband Michael Nicholas of 55 years; son Allan and fiancée Gayle La Fountain; daughter Kim; granddaughters Mikayla, Brianna and Alexa. Iole is also survived by her brothers Dennis Pella and wife Ann, Herman Pella and wife Pat, her sisters Shirley Favot and husband Aldo, Mary Ann and husband Norm, sister in law Leatha Lloyd, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Genevieve and Ricardo Pella and brother Reggie Pella. Iole demonstrated impeccable courage and faith in the face of adversity and will always be remembered for her creativity and artistic flair in all that she did. In keeping with Iole's wishes there will be no visitation. A celebration of Iole's life and memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation, 41 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury, Ontario, P3E 5J1 would be greatly appreciated.
