MacDONALD, William Gerald “Bill“ - In loving memory of William Gerald “Bill“ MacDonald, 69 years Tuesday, December 4th, 2012 at the Maison Vale Hospice, Sudbury. Beloved son of Alexander and Violet (Bartlett) MacDonald predeceased. Loving brother of Shirley Sloan (husband Arthur predeceased), Beverly MacDonald predeceased, Alex MacDonald predeceased (wife Beverly), Gail MacDonald, Geraldine Birdgenaw predeceased (husband Russell), Robert “Bob“ MacDonald predeceased and John MacDonald. Special nephew to Jean MacDonald. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family members and many friends. The family expresses their appreciation to Dr. Chris McKibbon, Dr. G Kivinen, Dr. L. Tenhunen and the staff at the Regional Cancer Center, the Palliative Care Unit (HSN) and the Maison Vale Hospice for their excellent care compassion and support. At Bill's request there will be no funeral visitation or service. A celebration of his life will be held at the R.J. Barnard Chapel JACKSON and BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St., Sudbury Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 1 PM (friends may gather in the chapel after 12:30 PM Saturday).
