MARCOTTE, Claude - The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the age of 60 years. Beloved husband of Georgette (née Gauvin) Marcotte of Sudbury. Son of the late Emilien Marcotte and of the late Desneiges (née Pilon) Marcotte. Loving father of Marie-Claude Marcotte (Ken Doncaster) of Capreol and Roxanne Marcotte (Kemal Kemer) of Toronto. Dear bother Suzanne Gaudreau (Roger) and Ernest both of Whitefish, Maurice (Reina) of Sudbury and June Servant (Georges) of Hanmer. Predeceased by his brothers Robert (Françoise of Hanmer) and Roger. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd E. Thursday from 2 - 5 and 7 - 9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 10 a.m. in Ste-Anne-des-Pins Church, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only) to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
