MARCOTTE, Roger André - The family announces with sorrow, his death in Sudbury, Thursday July 30, 2009, at the age of 66 years. Son of the late Desneige (née Pilon) and Émilien Marcotte of Whitefish. Loving father of Richard Marcotte, Gerry Marcotte, Michel Marcotte (Karen), André Marcotte (friend Carrolyn) all of Sudbury, Brigitte (Antonio Reis) of Hanmer, Guy Marcotte(Cristal) of Angus and Matthew Marcotte at home. Dear brother of Suzanne Gaudreau (Roger), Maurice Marcotte (Reina), Ernest Marcotte all of Whitefish, Claude Marcotte (Georgette) of Sudbury, June Servant (Georges) of Hanmer and predeceased by his brother Robert Marcotte (Françoise of Hanmer). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Kelly, Jonathan Reis, Chantal, Sean, Britney, Jenna, Eric, Griffin, Jade DeIsle, Nolan Harmer, Garret, Madison and Patrick Michel and by his great grandchild Kaeden Price. Lovingly remembered by Rachel Séguin. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E (at Notre-Dame) Friday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Jean de Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.
