MARLOK, Linda (nee Shields) - In loving memory of Linda Marlok (nee Shields), 59 years, on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 after a long battle at home with her family by her side. Beloved wife of Raymond Marlok of Val Caron. Loving mother of Carrie Michaud (Reg), Stacey Swindells (Bob) and Christopher (Aimee). Cherished grandmother of Jeremy Young, Jazzlyn Young, Jordan Swindells, Kye Michaud, Joshua Michaud, Mercedes Marlok and Seth Marlok. Dear sister of Diane Poulin (Marc Grenier) and Sharon Niven (Dave). Sadly missed by her “adopted daughter“ Rose Belanger and her family. Linda cherished her time with her grandchildren. She loved gardening, spending time outdoors and in the bush, especially camping, hiking and quadding. She was also accomplished in photography having won first prize in a contest as well as having her photograph published. The family would like to thank Colette Theriault, Dr. Cano and the Bayshore team. Funeral service at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, Val Caron/Blezard Valley Chapel, 1815 Main St., Val Caron, Friday, April 15, 2011 at 11 AM. Cremation at Park Lawn Crematorium.
