McCOLEMAN, Judith

February 23, 2012

McCOLEMAN, Judith Adair (née Greenwood) - Judy's family sadly announces her sudden passing. Judy lived life to its fullest, never missing an opportunity to spend time with family and friends. She was happiest in the garden or in the water. All of her activities focused around the water; from diving, swimming, leading aquafitness, dragon boating to curling (frozen water). Judy was very generous with her time and always put others' needs before her own. She volunteered much of her time to the Church of the Epiphany and was passionate about preserving the lakeshore and greenspace. Judy is survived by her husband Gerry, daughters Andrea (David), Jane (Neil), Kate (Doug), grandchildren Sara, Hannah, Ben, Phoebe, Elliot, sister Diana and her children Leslie, Lauri and Liana. Predeceased by her parents Walker and Adair Greenwood. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and family too numerous to list. Donations can be made to the Sudbury Horticultural Society, The Church of the Epiphany, or consider planting a tree in memory of Jude. Memorial Visitation at the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME 233 Larch St., Sudbury 2-5 p.m. Friday only.
